House Rules

Respect the Land
Take only memories, leave no trace. Stay on open paths or pastures, and avoid disturbing natural spaces or wildlife habitats.

No Littering or Trash Left Outside
The property is home to wildlife — including curious bears and coyotes. Please keep all trash inside and secure until you leave. For extended stays, trash pickup will be arranged.

Close All Gates Behind You
Even if you didn’t open it, please be sure gates are always shut to protect our animals and yours. This includes the deck gate.

Pets Welcome, But Controlled
Dogs must be leashed or under close voice control at all times. This protects our livestock, your pet, and the land itself. Please be sure to keep the space clean by utilizing doggy bags when taking your animals outside.

No Smoking Indoors
You’re welcome to smoke outside — just be fire-safe and dispose of anything responsibly.

Quiet Hours
Sound travels in the mountains. We don’t enforce strict quiet hours, but ask that you be mindful from 11 PM–7 AM.
